It is important that be able  to revisit the material because progress isn’t linear and it is expected that you will go back and review the lessons.

Of course not. You are likely changing a lifetime of habits and mindset. You can’t undo those in 8 weeks.

What you can do in 8 weeks is to learn new habits, put them into place and change your mindset. By doing what you learn during the program consistently, you will lose weight, stop constantly thinking about food & your weight and never diet again. For good.

Absolutely. Since there are no set foods you have to eat or not eat on this program, you will incorporate the foods that you enjoy and are meaningful to you in a way that works for you.

The principles of this program are no different if you have a medical condition or not. Many people who have gone through it have been able to discontinue medications they were taking.
